YOU CAN STAY-AT-HOME AND STILL LET YOUR MIND RUN WILD
Wildmind Science Learning animals come to us because they can never survive in the wild
They were abused, abandoned, injured or born into captivity
The animals’ care is of utmost importance to us as they are with us for life
They become Wild Teachers in our educational programs -
as their stories are filled with a message of caring, empathy and hope

Wildmind is a close-knit community of friends, volunteers, donors, and staff. Together, we care for our amazing non-releasable wild animals at our sanctuary and provide nationally acclaimed wildlife education programs.
We would love to have you join us in this important and gratifying work. Learn more about the importance of your donations, the opportunities for volunteering, or our current employment opportunities. You can make a difference!
Usually we travel with our animals to schools, libraries and summer camps to teach kids all about wild animals, their environments and the important jobs that they do to help us.
With the current health crisis we aren't able to do our usual assemblies so instead we wanted to travel into your homes.
These are wild and uncertain times for us all as we deal with the ever-evolving Covid-19 situation.
Wildmind Science Learning is a small non-profit outreach organization that visits hundreds of schools each year, featuring these non-releasable ambassadors as our wild teachers, to teach about science and respect as well as compassion and conservation.
This health crisis is being felt by ALL of us in our own lives, and as you may imagine, the school closures are having a huge impact on our organization during what is usually our busiest months.
We know everyone is struggling but would truly appreciate your support as we continue to provide meals and care for these animals. Thank you!
